Languages section allows you to add a language instance. Any calls routed into/through a language instance will have the language of the call's channel changed, playing the language's sounds if installed.

To access the Languages page, do the following:

  1. Login to your PBX Admin Portal.
    • i.e.
      (replace customer with your system's actual subdomain)
  2. Go to PBX > PBX Setup > Languages.

Add Language

When making a new language instance, you would want to give it a descriptive name.
You would then select the language you would like the call's channel to be changed to.
Lastly, you would select where the call is routed/how it is handled after the language change has been made.

Save the new Language instance. (using S.A.C - Submit, Apply, Continue)
