Custom Destinations

Custom destinations are used to route the call to a desired external phone number or featurecode shortcut (see Feature Codes under the General section).

To access the Custom Destinations page, do the following:

  1. Login to your PBX Admin Portal.
    • i.e. customer.freevociepbx.com/maint
      (replace customer with your system's actual subdomain)
  2. Go to PBX > PBX Setup > Custom Destinations.

Add a Custom Destination



Name the destination in the Description field.
Add the number to be dialed to the Dial field.
(If you plan on using a prefixed Outbound Route, add the prefix before the number in this field)

Save the new Custom Destination. (using S.A.C - Submit, Apply, Continue)
