Time Conditions

Time Conditions allow alternative destinations based on the time of day.

To access the Time Conditions page, do the following:

  1. Login to your PBX Admin Portal.
    • i.e. customer.freevociepbx.com/maint
      (replace customer with your system's actual subdomain)
  2. Go to PBX > PBX Setup > Time Conditions.

Add a Time Condition

Name the Time Condition.
Choose the Time Group for the Time Condition to check against.

You can associate this Time Condition with a day Day or Night Mode selection.
If a Time Condition is associated with with a Day or Night Mode, if that mode is activated the call will use the destinations of that mode.

Choose the destination for the call if the call time matches the Time Groups hours and choose the destination for the call when it does not match the Time Group hours.

Save the new Time Condition. (using S.A.C - Submit, Apply, Continue)
